Made the card game section responsive. #102

The whole section was in px so it was hell of a task to edit the whole program of the game but I changed the card section into 3*4 so that it could be compatible with few display screen . I have worked for hours on this project but all went to vain because I wasn't able to change everything . Please accept this PR and mark it as hacktroberfest-acceepted .
