PRS-600 with 2.1.01a hangs up #339

Your model / PRS+ version?

PRS-600

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Factory reset
2. Install PRS+ 2.1.01a (
3. 2381 books on SD card in LRF (converted with FB2 to LRF converter, 
http://www.msh-tools.com/ebook/fb2lrf.html). Card is 1Gb Transcend 80x.
4. Put reader in sleep mode.
5. Remove and insert SD card. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Reader hangs up. No reactions within hours. Reset doesn't work. 
Can be restored only by disassembling and removing battery.

Can you repeat the bug? E.g. is this always what happens in the mentioned steps?
If this problem occurs, can you get the reader powered-up by connecting it to 
the pc (with or without SD)
Does the problem occur also with the default firmware?
You say remove and insert SD card. What is the time between it? Just in/out or 
are there several seconds/minutes between. Does it occur in both cases?

1. Yes, I can repeat the bug.
2. No. Only disassembling and disconnecting battery.
3. No. Only with 2.1.01a. Now I'm using 2.0.18 without problems.
4. It occur in any case, not depending on time.

Nice to have a tester that is 'happy' disassembling the reader.
But bad enough that you can repeat it.
