Sidebar Needs To Be Resizable Or Have Horizontal Scrollbar #7

When showing nested bookmarks and folders in the Sidebar/Library they are only partially visible and it would be good to be able to resize the sidebar, or at the least have horizontal scrollbar.

Using Phoebe v0.28.0-alpha4 on Windows 10.

The bug has been fixed in version v0.29.0. Please update to the latest version to resolve the issue
