I want an intuitive dashboard that visually represents meeting data,
So that I can easily understand the distribution, efficiency, and patterns in my meetings.
Acceptance Criteria:
Meeting Type Distribution:
The dashboard should prominently display a Pie Chart.
The Pie Chart should break down the number of meetings by type (e.g., Product-Research Meetings, Market Research Interviews, Customer Validation Meetings).
Hovering over each segment of the Pie Chart should display the exact number and percentage of that meeting type.
Purpose: It will enable me (Alex) to quickly grasp where I'm investing my time concerning meeting types.
Overall and Per-Parameter Efficiency Scores:
Below the Pie Chart, there should be a Line Chart that plots the efficiency scores of meetings over time.
I should have the option to toggle between the overall efficiency score and scores based on specific parameters.
The x-axis should represent the timeline (dates) and the y-axis should represent the efficiency scores.
Purpose: This visualization will aid me in determining if there's a growth in meeting efficiency and highlight any significant dips or spikes that warrant a closer look.
Agenda Adherence:
Adjacent to the Line Chart, there should be a Doughnut Chart.
The Doughnut Chart should compare planned topics against the actual topics discussed.
Each section of the Doughnut Chart can be color-coded, with legends indicating planned vs. covered topics.
Purpose: This will help me ascertain if the meetings are staying on course or if there's frequent straying from the intended agenda.
Recurring Pain Points:
On the lower section of the dashboard, a Word Cloud should be present.
Words or topics that frequently arise as pain points should appear larger in the Word Cloud.
Purpose: This visualization will serve as an immediate reference to recurring issues or topics, prompting me to prioritize and address them.
