Can't access scriptno for pop-up sites, such as a chat-window for customer service #271

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but here's a problem I always have.

I "allow" a site, but when I click on a link that creates a pop-up, I don't 
have access to trust that sub-site.  The only work around I have for this is to 
disable script no before clicking that pop-up.

An example of the problem is when I want to "chat now with a representative" 
for customer service.
