How do i create a custom skill compendium? #5

It's the title, on the page it says i should be able to create a skill compendium so i can use five point fudge with my compendium, but i can't find a way to do it. Once i created my game (set in something of a cthulhu-like universe, i can let you publish it into the system if you like)

Sorry, i found a way a little after posting it here. Keep up the good work! This system is the best system!
