vsTable expand row is broken #903

VsTable expanded content is not rendered at all since version 3.11.18. See documentation page for proof: https://lusaxweb.github.io/vuesax/components/table.html#expandable-data

Having to roll back to 3.11.17 with broken select boxes :-/

Same issue, while rolling back to 3.11.17 vs-tooltip and select boxes are not working properly
