Add note about hot reloading to quickstart guide #104

Found this information looking at the code in cli/start.gleam. Figured it would be useful information because running gleam run -m lustre/dev start over and over gets a bit tedious.

I'm going to leave this unmerged, we have a proof-of-concept hot reloading dev server working now and we're just waiting on some compiler fixes to release it! Thank you for putting in the effort anyway, it's still appreciated 💕
