Login Required despite already being logged in #5

I installed chrome extension, choose GPT-4o to use, but I'm getting a (Login Required) next to the GPT-4o icon in the lower left:

I'm already logged into chatgpt in the same browser. There is no option to login anywhere in the extension or in extension settings.

As I mentioned, I'm already logged in to ChatGPT and it doesn't work. It just continues to give that message and the chat never initiates and the message "login required" shows up in the icon. Even if I login and logout.

Chrome browser, up-to-date. Same for perplexity models.
