SNAP2s need to be power cycled every ~2 weeks #15

There seems to be some problem on the ublaze side of the SNAP2 that causes it to lockup/stop talking to the Ultrascale that happens every ~2 weeks. I last power cycled the boards on 2023 Sep 9.

I cycled them again on 2024 Jan 2. At that point it looks like they had had problems for about 9 days (no new health checks), so maybe 2023 Dec 24?

Health checks haven't updated in 93 hours but this seems to be a different problem. Looks to be software related on task processor. Snaps still seem to be programming and functioning as normal.

Update: This was from a bad SSMIF update.

Seems to have happened again today (2024 Feb 5). Power cycling.

jaycedowell commented 7 months ago

Hrm, that doesn't seem to have worked. Trying to power cycle the GPS/clock synthesize now.

This morning I found snap01 unresponsive (but only snap01, snap02 was fine). Power cycling them brought both up.

jaycedowell commented 6 months ago

snap01 has become unresponsive to pings again. Power cycle for the win.

Things are acting a little strange (see most recent comments in #30) so I'm going to try power cycling the snap2s.
