Update bseemp #33

Closed atrtnkw closed 1 year ago

atrtnkw commented 1 year ago

Three major updated points.

  1. Array size of record in class BainryEvent is enlarged because of a large number of events in bseemp.
  2. Double white dwarf merger model is updated. The updated parts are highlighted by "Tanikawa's DD model". The model is based on Sato et al. (2015; 2016) and Kashyap et al. (2018). COWD-COWD remnants converted to ONeWD, NS, and BH depending on the total mass. Exceptionally, COWD-COWDs cause type Ia supernovae, and leave behind no remnants if the secondary COWD mass is larger than 0.8Msun.
  3. Binary model is updated similarly to standalone BSEEMP used by Tanikawa et al. (2022, ApJ, 926, 83). The dynamical tide is close to Kinugawa et al. (2020), Hertzsprung gap common envelope is prohibitted like MOBSE, mass transfer stability criterion is close to Kinugawa et al. (2014) and non-CE model of Olejak et al. (2021, ApJL, 921, 2).

This model can form pair instability mass gap event even in isolated binary, and massive neutron star and lower mass gap BHs from double white dwarf merger.
