Improve request failure handling by discarding client errors as unrecoverable
Add additional device info:
- Identifier for vendor
- Orientation
- OS Version
- User interface idiom (phone / pad)
Support disabling all logging and add logger tests
Add public initializer for Lytics
Documentation and naming tweaks
