Bug: Team PSD Website images not loading properly #2719

The Team PSD Website:

[x] Portraits and .png objects are not loading on the page.
[x] Portraits are loaded into the database.

FYI @emilymetcalf114 The reason this page is not working is because the API that Forio uses is now asking for an authentication, before the API request can go into the Amazon hosting service that Forio uses. Forio has provided an updated API for us to use; however, we are not having any luck accessing the endpoints. So we are currently working the issue with Forio. Hopefully solved this week. This shouldn't affect any of the modules in the Sim UI. It only affects things we have a dynamic ability to change, such as pictures or icons.

FYI @emilymetcalf114 The API image management has been fixed on all the webpages in the Sim UI, Team PSD and MTL Demo. However, when a user submits a bug or a request via the Community dialogue, we have been including a copy of any image they provide to an email receipt back to the submitter. This still is not fixed. I am slightly concerned this may not be achievable anymore due to the way the API upgrade is securing access to transient data in Epicenter. We are working to resolve and will update accordingly.
