FYI: @lzim

User are currently set up in three Epicenter groups when a team is setup. The groups are _team, _shared and _ind.

Current Rules

[ ] When a user logs in into a _shared group and saves an experiment, the experiment stays in the _share group and is not shared with any other groups (ironic, isn't it?).
[ ] When a user logs into a _team group and saves an experiment, the experiment is shared with the other two groups.
[ ] When a user logs into a _ind group and saves an experiment, the experiment is not shared with any other group.

New Rule

[x] When a user logs into the _shared group and saves an experiment, the experiment is shared with the _team group.

Tested 9/20 in PROD. Works as specified.
