wk5 aug_epic: Send Joe live MTL session dates for TMS #2724

Emily to:

[x] determine last dates that were sent to Joe for MTL live sessions for VA Blue wave 1 sites,
[x] update mtl_tracking.xlsx with new dates, and
[x] communicate these updates to Joe to be entered into TMS.

Emily started on this task on 8/30/2022, but didn't open the issue card until 9/1/2022 (still training). Dates have been communicated to Joe, but there are a few follow up questions.
