Problems in both Chrome & Edge w/Sim UI**

Two Weeks Ago: Upon_ Initialization - Zeros instead of values

Next Steps: Let the Team Lead know we're working on this!

This problem was resolved with the refresh control F5 to clear and reload the browser cache. Also corrected at the server level.
