wk1 Nov_epic: Story B - Update the True Missed Appointment Rate Data Notes Documentation in Data UI #2773

The missed appointment rate parameter for the intake encounter type in Team Agg Care Module is not uploaded into the Sim UI. As such, this variable is set to 0 on purpose in the Data UI. This caused some confusion among users of the Data UI. Data description documentation should be updated in the Data UI to provide the rationale for the intake missed appointment rate in the Agg Care Module.

My suggestion would be to add the following before the final sentence in the "Details" documentation:

"True Missed Appointment % is always set to 0 for the intake encounter type."

@lzim any edits or feedback? I know the rationale for this is because it will not be used in the Sim UI but I didn't provide this rationale since it might confuse MTL Red teams.
