Jan_Epic Story B: Determine next steps for learners that did not received CEUs for live sessions during transition #2782

For one MTL blue team, learners did not receive CEUs for the first 3 sessions. cross-ref #2765 @emilymetcalf114 to coordinate with facilitators to determine next steps. Options:

[ ] add on extra optional sessions after the first 12 so that they can make up the credits (offered previously- Jenn)
[x] offer to have them watch the videos on their own time.
