Hi Maureen,
We need a Statistician (1530) or Data Scientist in a GS-13 position on my HSRD Merit Grant w/Ci2i.
We just wrapped up a call with Randy Gieben (cc’d).
H believes we need a GS-13 (1530) “O” PD for a GS-13 Statistician and that it needs to be for a specific person.
Is that true?
Ci2i has a 1530-0 PD (attached), but Randy believes it’s for a specific person, even though there is not a name on it.
As a result, we would need to work Karen (cc’d) to draft and classify the 1530-0.
Does that sound right?
