In updating the readme files for the IIR progress report, @emilymetcalf114 discovered that the baseline surveys were not sent out for two Live MTL sites that launched.
[x] MTL blue Mondays (on session 8 now)
[x] MTL red Thursdays (on session 2)
To send these out, it requires:
[x] @emilymetcalf114 to build out the teams in Redcap
[x] send initial email with survey info
[x] send 2 follow up emails over next several weeks (build new card)
