Problem 1: Missing Data: 727/2453 GitHub activities (29.64%) without assignee and/or label and/or estimate

315/727 of those are pull requests. 412/727 are task cards.

267/315 of those pull requests were merged

Recommendation: use the mice package in R to asses if they are MAR (missing at random) or MCAR (missing completely at random).

Problem 2: has labels but no value stream label n= 2453 distinct activities n= 1726 have labels n = 991 are not labeled under any of our value streams

Recommendation: Label in value streams according to existing labels?

i.e anything with an ees or facilitate label can be labeled as education
