[x] Reviewed section 9.2 Run, create, edit and share Reports in the Dynamics Testers Guide
[x] Tested viewing of existing and creation of new reports in the Dynamics DEV Environment

Discoveries

[x] Can create reports to filter and group on specific variables and views
[x] Can only view existing reports and newly created reports in the Dev environment. The QA and PROD environment throw erros.

Functional Requirements

[ ] Resolve bug: Reports not running in the QA or PROD Environment #crossref lzim/research#644
[ ] Resolve bug: Not all MTL Help or Info emails are being tracked with the tag "Tracked to Dynamics 365" in Outlook #crossref lzim/teampsd#2552
- [ ] If not all MTL Help or Info emails are being tracked then we cannot get accurate counts on CRM.
- [ ] Review the Microsoft Release Planner to see if this feature is being added.
[ ] Develop a Report in the DEV environment that will summarize emails by receiving inbox per section 9.2 of the Dynamics Testers Guide

Update:

[ ] I have not been able to develop a full aggregate report, but I have developed a report in the DEV environment that counts the emails for each group (in the case the group is the receiving inbox).

Emily P has developed an MVP for quantifying emails to mtl.help and mtl.info in PowerBI
- Emily P would still need to investigate the ability to automate this data pipeline since it currently requires automatic exports from Microsoft Dynamics.
This can be integrated with David Ns story J data dashboards

The oldest email in the CRM is from August 2021, this may not be all the emails per #crossref lzim/teampsd#2552
