Discussed at wk2 2024_11 #sim_ui_workflow @matthewtomo @ljmoody @jamesmrollins
Thanks for identifying this @ljmoody
I think this is well-documented on the card.
To sum up what I see above with a couple other edits:
[x] Retitle MTL Guides section "Modeling to Learn Guides & Manuals"
[x] MTL Links should keep https://mtl.how https://mtl.how/data and https://mtl.how/menu
[ ] Keep MTL Navigation section and update to reflect current MTL 3.7 release as you've noted above, including DDD , updated navigation, MM with X-waiver removed, Team Care, Team Flow, etc.
Please also reflect the story points estimate, so we can keep a close eye on our budget guardrails as Bugs and other tasks come in.
Thanks so much! FYI: @matthewtomo & @jamesmrollins
@lzim I understand what you're saying and can easily shift work focus—without exceeding budget targets.
@ljmoody @matthewtomo Here are the revamped page scrolls. I will rely on you two to provide instructions with respect to links related to icon/link combinations Lindsey specified above. I will email the EPS files in case a designer is needed to redo the non user-edited parts of the scroll.
11/18/24 DECISION: We'll make changes in TEST instance, then migrate to PROD.
@jamesmrollins, some changes needed to your pdf file, please:
[x] top navbar:
[x] MTL Guides & Manuals section:
[ ] MTL Navigation section:
[x] MTL Modules section: @ljmoody will make these changes & double-check experiment variables.
[x] MTL Sections section:
Please see above comments for tracking progress on this card. @jamesmrollins, could you please make the changes in the above comment that are not checked off? @matthewtomo, I tagged you in Lindsey's comment on tasks you have access to that I don't from the Admin Dashboard.
@lzim, please review italicization of the following terms and let me/us know if anything is amiss. We'd like to ensure we get it right the first time.
Include icon/link to https://mtl.how/manual with description: "MTL 3.7 Consult Manual"
->Should this instead be: MTL 3.7 Consult Manual?
Include icon/link to https://mtl.how/facilitation_manual with description: "MTL 3.0 Facilitation Manual"
-> Should this instead be: MTL 3.0 Facilitation Manual?
fyi @matthewtomo
Thanks for checking @ljmoody
FYI: @matthewtomo
@ljmoody I should be able to get the PDF update done before the end of the week.
11/26/24 update:
fyi @matthewtomo
@lzim, your clarification is needed on these points:
This ask is also related to #3261 and this comment. (My apologies if I missed this was decided and addressed before.) Could you please specify how Team Flow should present in the Sim UI / More Info / Outputs and Text? See examples below.
The radio button is currently "SPC"; however, when clicked, you can see all stocks are referring to "SMH". The Data UI also refers to SMH. Please specify what this radio button label should be:
Should this diagram be removed completely? I believe we removed it entirely from another location with the 3.7 release (the manual, perhaps?). If not, what changes would you like to see?
fyi @jamesmrollins @matthewtomo
@jamesmrollins, thanks for the updated PDF! I've reviewed and have further changes; however, you may want to wait to post an updated PDF until Lindsey has responded to the questions above. Also, some changes are because I missed them the first time around-oops! 😬
[ ] MTL Navigation
[ ] Navigating the Home Page
[x] MTL Modules - TEST instance updated with corrected Team Flow wording; ready for your screenshot, James

[ ] Outputs and Text

@ljmoody Re: your question:
This can work across uses: "Team Flow: Measurement-based Stepped Care, Symptoms and Suicide Prevention"
Let me know if that raises more questions. Thanks for all you're doing on this!
@lzim thank you for the response to question 1 - there are two others that followed it within the same comment. Please respond or I'll add to an agenda for next week.
The current More Info section in PROD does not reflect pivot to consult/3.7 release.
