Issue is that svt-hevc's patch conflicts with svt-vp9 and I didn't test that when rebasing svt-vp9s patch. I don't really want to continue having to work around svt-hevc's patch if svt-hevc will no longer be maintained and can't change.

Get rid of it then. No need to keep something that ain't developed/maintained any longer
