add genome-based features like start codon dist or GC content

• start codon and stop codon dist can be obtained from genome sequence
• GC content as well

• part of this is fixed with latest commit
• sequence based features are difficult to calculate on the fly because download from NCBI is slow
• maybe only enable for prefetched genomes
