Switch -e not working #8

Hi there,

The -e switch don't have any effect, it will work always on 100%

Can you please fix it?!

@beicnet cannot confirm, for me it works on a raspberry pi, kind of. When set to 90 or 95, it will only use 65% of the cpu.

I think this is dependent on the CPU type and whether it supports the function. I have mined on a Core Duo, and -e does nothing. On an i7 it works fine.
