Package Dependency Swap in Setup Configuration
This pull request contains changes in the setup configuration file of our application. Here, we have replaced a package we depended on called 'whisper' with a different package known as 'openai-whisper'. This alternate package might present better functionalities, improved performance or better compatibility with our application, and as such becomes a more preferred choice.
