Outfit with CamFORT #39

It would be good to outfit the code with CamFORT, particularly between the model interface and physics routines of the parameterisation, to ensure that we are converting units correctly.

This may be done in conjunction with Ford in #15 but may be separate.

Ideally do on a new branch/PR once #33 is merged.

Now #33 and #43 are merged we could look at this.
