Update themes to QBT 4.3 #18

New theme system needed the themes to be redone and a config to be added.

Recompiled all themes as well.

Panel \ UI separator is now invisible for ayuDark

Looks like the progress bar styling in the update 4.3.1 made the bars much lighter than usual.
