Trivial tweak to "use" namespace #35

I see people using leading slashes in the global namespace, and as such lots of new developers end up thinking you need to do it. You don't, so its best not to suggest you do.

Thanks for taking the time to create a pull request. Never really considered whether or not to use a leading slash. I can't find anything about this in coding standards, but I think it's a valid point.
