Npm packaging #28

It would be awesome if we could package this for npm.

As you know we have package.json support now and this can be "the killer framework" for lumo and self-host cljs.

I attach a blog post that somebody (:stuck_out_tongue:) wrote recently on how to do it but of course I can help.

That's a great idea. If you can help get the ball rolling on this, it would be amazing. I can also add you to the org if you'd be interested.
