PhantomJS script executed prematurely on initial crawl #47

Observe the log when WAIL first started. Errors from phantomjs, which I believe are caused by Heritrix not yet being accessible.

79 causes the non .App binary to crash on execution, and the .app no longer shows a long windows, so getting difficult to verify. Further, python WAIL.py has the same issue as #79, so that ticket might need priority to keep debugging sane.
