It is the basic HAL stuff that needs everything visible for max usability

I see, the toc is using the anchor links of that page. Albeit its manual work, Its logical. Let's use this for now until something better comes around or if this is good enough.

We can also not make it links, but only headers so we tell about the content inside the document. That makes it more clear that there's only 1 document. Did that make sense?
