This should test the website-preview and production system, which Michael has fixed today 😄

upgraded mah.priv.at to stretch, also docker the 1.12 docker is more fussy and broke machinekit-manpages, fixed now as well this is using the jessie-64 image now - proot/jessie used not to expose the dockers /dev directory in the proot as wheezy did, but could be coerced to with '-b /dev' probably some more dead bodies
