vagrant update fix after flannel #155

after recent updates vagrant is out of sync (most likely related to flannel variables missing)

we need to be able to launch vagrant with basic kubedash/api and kubectl configured and ready to use. especially in context of elasticsearch and kafka tests.

currently its setup to automatically launch spark, this needs to be removed and memory in vagrantfile should be set to 4gb not 6gb
