Description of Change

🐱Replaces all instances of original header with new one. 🐱 Header is now using compound components allowing for customization on each page 🐱 Preserved "GlitterWordWrapper" in storybook for future use (somewhat related, the only thing I kept from the original header) 🐱 Added accessibility options for animation 🐱 Added new colors
