Text Filter doesn't stay when clicking between the other filter tabs #10

when a text filter is applied such as "Raw Ruby" when a filter tab is selected the text search no longer apples

Steps to reproduce 1) In all tab type "Raw Ruby" 2) Nodes filter by text 3) select any of the filter tabs including special attributes 4) Notice text search is no longer applied even when going back to the original tab 5) requires change to text to re apply filter
