Update README #137

Hi there. Found the project while looking for matrix homeserver alternatives. The README states that the project is under "daily active development", which seems not to be the case anymore 😢

We all know that life happens and that one might not be able to work as much as one would like on pet projects (trust me I have like 5 that I'm working on - more or less frequently), so no shame, no hard feelings. But maybe update the timeline to show a more realistic estimation of progress?

I'd love to see another alternative to synapse, but right now the project looks dead. I hope that is not the case and that I can start following the development when you come out of hiatus 😄
