Copy/Paste with split window #181

I have noticed if I have a split window for the same file (top and bottom), and I double-click to highlight in the bottom pane, Ctrl-C to copy the selection, double-click to highlight different text in the top pane, then Ctrl-V to paste the copied text the application pastes the value in the bottom pane and not the top. The app seems to lose synchronization between panes as to which is actually active. I have to manually single click in both panes, then return to my insertion point with nothing selected before the paste works correctly.
