Estrid's Invocation can't copy a permanent with shroud #10079

I had [[Estrid's Invocation]] and [[Sterling Grove]] in my grave, and a [[Sphere of Safety]] on my field (with a Mask token), I ultimate [[Estrid, the Masked]], pick Sphere of Safety as the Invocation's target, but it doesn't copy it.

(I also had Kenrith's Transformation, Propaganda and The Phasing of Zhalfir in my grave, but I don't think those are involve in the issue)

Estrid's Invocation - (Gatherer) (Scryfall) (EDHREC)

{2}{U} Enchantment You may have Estrid's Invocation enter the battlefield as a copy of an enchantment you control, except it has "At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile this enchantment. If you do, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control."

Sterling Grove - (Gatherer) (Scryfall) (EDHREC)

{G}{W} Enchantment Other enchantments you control have shroud. (They can't be the targets of spells or abilities.) {1}, Sacrifice Sterling Grove: Search your library for an enchantment card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.

Sphere of Safety - (Gatherer) (Scryfall) (EDHREC)

{4}{W} Enchantment Creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless their controller pays {X} for each of those creatures, where X is the number of enchantments you control.

Estrid, the Masked - (Gatherer) (Scryfall) (EDHREC)

{1}{G}{W}{U} Legendary Planeswalker — Estrid 3 +2: Untap each enchanted permanent you control. −1: Create a white Aura enchantment token named Mask attached to another target permanent. The token has enchant permanent and totem armor. −7: Mill seven cards. Return all non-Aura enchantment cards from your graveyard to the battlefield, then do the same for Aura cards. Estrid, the Masked can be your commander.

I think it's unlikely that this is because of shroud. If that were the case, it probably wouldn't have let you even select the sphere of safety as your choice. I think rules-wise, you shouldn't be allowed to select sphere of safety here, because you need to make this selection as Estrid's Invocation is entering the battlefield, which is before the Sphere of Safety has entered (since they enter at the same time). This might be why the bug is happening.

@alexander-novo Sphere of Safety was already on the field before I ultimate Estrid and put Invocation on the field with it
