Simply send other opponent text message like "user name do a Hokey Pokey". Also you can send 2-3 random messages for funny. Like "user name was hard to do Hokey Pokey", "user name is shamed after dance Hokey Pokey" and vice verca. Also will be usefull add restriction on "real life actions" like only one run per turn (restrict to resolve or add empty message without bonuses like "User try to do ... but failed.".
Another cards can be done same -- use it like virtual use do all things in real/virtual place. And add some random when it need (like count people in your room and do same damage to opponent -- get random from 3 to 10 -- it's your fantasy).
