Add additional check for manage stock "no" for MSI. #21

This PR will fix issue which comes with enable MSI and products which are with "Manage Stock" -> "No".

If the product is with "Manage stock" - No and is saleable need to go to FB with status "In Stock" and some "fake" quantity.
