[bug]: Venia storefront not accessible on cloud starter. Cause PR #1499 #1610

Describe the bug Venia storefront not accessible on cloud starter. Getting error - ''{"error":"No definition for veniaResponse.status"}'

To Reproduce

Go to cloud starter storefront

Expected behavior Venia home page should load.

Actual Getting error {"error":"No definition for veniaResponse.status"}

Additional context Looks like bug is related to /upward.yml changes.

We need to pass upward.yml file path of dist folder.
