Medals module

Module for prizing users for diffrent acheived goals.

Here is place for discussion of medal module

At the moment are following general medal types available:

- geographical (user activity for specified region (country/country-region))
- cache count (for place / found specified number of caches)
- geoPath completed (medal for complete specified)
- max Altitude (medal for maximum altitude cache found/placed)

- cache count. This is not recommended because a user can place many film 
canisters (micro's) on most stupid places. He or she should not be rewarded for 
that.

Perhaps get medals for best voted owned caches. Counting most recommendations 
and/or ratings.
This could be motivation to make good caches.
