feat: add number-ticker custom duration #380

Adding custom duration in Number Ticker, when specific duration is set, it will use animate instead of useSpring to give control over the duration.

Other performance update:

Memoized number formatter and DOM update using useRef and useCallback
Handle timeout cleanup
Ensures the initial value is displayed immediately
