Ability to create a Document containing all the students information. One page per student.

Have an option to create a single document that contains all of the information 
from the quiz in one page per student format.  It can be the same format as is 
emailed or optionally a condensed version of the information.

For situations when a teacher wants to share the results with another teacher 
the document containing all the information would be easy to share.

For situations when the students don't have an email address the document could 
be printed and each page shared with the student.

This would also provide a historical record of the quiz in an easy to read 
format.  Currently a teacher has to switch between grades sheet and the 
responses to see the entire picture.  What answer the student gave and if it 
was correct.

The attached is an example email that could be condensed further.
