SMS to restaurant containing order SMS to user of order summary and contact info of delivery boy Email with bill and feedback for user

there already exists html email template for E-Mail (regular.html.erb) which you can find at https://github.com/magusverma/MFL/tree/master/app/views/billdesk_mailer

add your fixes to it, create template file for sms with similar extension and add it in that folder.
