Enable setting a default duration for different event types #320

In my scheme of event types, one characteristic of each class of event is its 
duration. I would like to be able to use this to optionally automatically size 
events' time-slots when they are created.

Have you tried creating a template.

1. Edit templates in edit menu
2. choose a name for the template
3. create a new event with the desired duration
4. close template

5. create new reservations from template
