Better multi-resource (bulk) editing for category fields with multiselect #346

If you bulk edit more than 1 resources, the values in a category select dialog 
should indicate if selected by all resources(black) or only a subset of the  
resources (italic/grey). 

If you add a new selection or remove a selection it will be for all resources. 

If you don't touch a grey selection, it will still be set for the same subset 
of resources.

Basicly the same pattern as in the group section when you bulk edit more than 1 
user.
