Appointments are exported to ical even if they don't reserve the selected resource #382

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a reservation with 2 appointments and two resources
2. select resource 1 on appointment 1 and resource 2 on appointment 2 and save
3. select resoruce 1 in tree view and export to ical

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only appoinmtent 1 should be exported but appointment 2 is also exported
